Important Information About
Procedures For Obtaining A
Mortgage Loan
To help the government fight
the funding of terrorism and
money laundering activities,
Federal law requires all
mortgage bankers/brokers to obtain,
verify, and record
information that identifies
each person who applies for
a mortgage loan.
What does this mean for you?
When you apply for a
mortgage loan, we will ask
for your:
name
address
date of birth
and any other information
that will allow us to
identify you. At closing,
you will also be asked to
let us see your driver’s license or
other identifying documents.
